The 3rd Session of Congress of International Kite Federation is Held

On the afternoon of April 20^th, the 3^rd Session of Congress of International Kite Federation is held in Weifang Oriental Hotel. Feng Jianzhong, deputy director general of General Administration of Sport of China as well as the president of International Kite Federation, and Liu Beijian, vice director of National Sports General Administration of Community Sports Center attended the Congress. Sun Qisheng, standing member of CPC Weifang Committee and vice-mayor of Weifang, attended the Congress and delivered a welcome speech.

Sun Qisheng said that since the International Kite Federation is headquartered in Weifang, important contributions have been made for strengthening international friendship, improving the level of kite-making and kite-flying, promoting the development of international kite sport with types of activities such as competition, performance and technical exchange under the theme of the kite.
