Weifang Rouhuoshao (a kind of baked wheaten cake with pork fillings) is a traditional snack food of Weifang, Shandong. The locals in Weifang call it Old Weixian Rouhuoshao, and the Rouhuoshao made and served by Chenghuangmiao Restaurant is regarded as the most famous ones. Weifang Rouhuoshao has an unshakable position on the food menu of the Weifang people. There are many kinds of Huoshao (baked wheaten cakes) in Weifang, such as Chopping cake, Winnowing Fan-shaped cake, and Shuttle-shaped cake, etc. The more famous ones are Weifang Rouhuoshao cake, Gangzitou cake, Fatty Crisp cake.
