Work Scheduled on Dragon Boat Demonstration Race

On April 12, work schedule meeting on Dragon Boat Demonstration Race was held in Dongfang Hotel. Related government departments and chiefs of colleges that participate in the race attended the meeting.

It is informed that the race is a major activity of the 27th Kite Festival. It is jointly sponsored by the Municipal International Kite Festival Office, the Municipal Tourism Bureau, the Municipal Planning Administration, Weifang Daily and related colleges and universities. Seven teams will participate in the activity to be launched at the newly enlarged Yuandu Lake on April 24. The race will fully help to demonstrate the new look of the three rivers and enables citizens and guests from home and abroad to share the joy of the festival. In addition, National Motorboat team, sailing boat team, Kayak team and kite surfing team will be invited to join us for fun.
