First Factory Batch in Shenzhen (Weifang) Science and Industry Park Delivered

On September 10, the delivery ceremony for the first batch of factory buildings in the Shenzhen (Weifang) Science and Industry Park was held at the site of the Optoelectronic Intelligent Manufacturing Northern Base Project. The early delivery of the first batch of factory buildings marks a significant step forward in the construction and development of the Park in Weifang. This will attract more high-tech enterprises, forming a complete industrial chain that integrates research and development, production, and sales, injecting new, strong momentum into building a better Weifang.

Since its establishment, the Shenzhen (Weifang) Science and Industry Park has benefited from strong support from Party committees, governments at all levels, and relevant departments. The Park has adhered to high-level planning, high-standard construction, and efficient management, working tirelessly to accelerate construction, implement projects, and drive investment. As of now, nearly 700 million yuan has been invested, with 63 buildings under construction and 14 technology-based enterprises having signed agreements and settled in the park.

The Internet of Everything Smart Wearable Project and the Smart Instrument Project have been successfully launched, laying a solid foundation for the rapid establishment and effective operation of future projects. Next, the Clean Energy High-end Equipment Manufacturing Project Phase I, the Smart IoT Supply Chain Center Project, and the Optoelectronic Manufacturing Northern Base Project Phase II are nearing delivery. The Shenzhen (Weifang) Science and Industry Park has entered a substantive operational development phase.
