Longsheng Pastry is created on the basis of Islamic dietary customs. The “Longsheng” trademark originated during the Daoguang Period of Qing Dynasty. As it inherits the essence of Muslim pastry from ancient to modern Qingzhou, the pastry is made with selected and exquisite ingredients using traditional method and recipe. The cuisine is sweet, delicious and rich with long shelf time.
In 2003, Longsheng Pastry was awarded the credential of “Famous Trademark of Shandong Province”; “Longsheng Halal Mooncake” was rewarded provincial quality food; “Longsheng Pastries” was recognized as famous cuisine of Weifang.
