Liu Yun emphasized the need to robustly and effectively implement the comprehensive governance campaign for non-standard low-speed electric vehicles, strengthen city-county coordination and interdepartmental collaboration, carry out extensive publicity and guidance, prioritize key areas and time periods, intensify on-road management and control, and strictly investigate and punish violations such as unauthorized passage and illegal parking, so as to further regulate road traffic order. Efforts must continue to be made to advance and enhance the initiative to build a half-hour transportation circle by coordinating the integration of the municipal expressway network, upgrading intelligent transportation systems, improving the road environment, and building a modern transportation system, thus comprehensively improving urban transportation convenience.
