The leadership on-duty and 24-hour duty system must be strictly implemented, monitoring, early warning, and information reporting should be strengthened, and emergency drills should be conducted to safeguard people's lives and property.

The meeting emphasized that the National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival period is a crucial time to ensure market stability. Efforts should be made to strengthen market supply, enhance the organization and distribution of goods, improve emergency supply guarantee plans, and effectively safeguard the people's "rice bag" and "vegetable basket". Monitoring and analysis should be reinforced to dynamically track the supply, demand, and price changes of key commodities, conduct comprehensive analysis and assessment, and take the initiative in market regulation.
