Leading enterprises should better play their role as "leading goose", guiding other chain enterprises to rapidly expand, intensifying key technology research, actively planning and implementing major high-quality projects, deepening industrial collaboration and ecosystem co-construction, and promoting higher standards, better quality, and greater strength across the entire chain. Resources should be widely connected and development momentum pooled, encouraging and supporting enterprises to play a greater role in extending and supplementing the chain, cooperative innovation, and investment attraction. Full use should be made of business associations, Weifang people living and working outside the city, and universities and research institutes to efficiently integrate resources and continuously inject vitality into industrial development.
