The handmade Hele noodles are served with rich chicken broth and garnished with golden egg strips, tender white chicken shreds, succulent and tender brown pork pieces, sweet and crunchy garlic slices, fresh green cilantro stems, and fragrant red chili oil, creating a dish that is a feast for the eyes, nose, and palate. In 2020, it was listed in the sixth batch of representative projects of Weifang's municipal intangible cultural heritage.
