Vice Governor Liu Qiang Inspects the Renovation Work of Harmless Sanitary Toilets in Rural Areas of Weifang

On the morning of July 25th, a team led by Liu Qiang, Vice Governor of Shandong,  made an inspection to Hanjiamoucheng Village, Luocheng Street, Shouguang City, and conducted a investigation to the renovation of harmless sanitary toilets in rural areas.

At the site of Hanjiamucheng Village, Vice Governor Liu Qiang heard the reports on the situation of rural toilet reform in Shouguang City, and learned in detail about the number of rural toilet reformation and later management and protection, and fully affirmed the reformation of the city's rural toilet. 　

In recent years, by thorough implementation of the spirit of the important instructions of General Secretary Jin Ping on "launching a 'toilet revolution' in rural areas to let the rural people use sanitary toilets", the city has fully promoted the upgrading of rural toilets and achieved initial results. On the basis of completing the toilet renovation of 410,000 households in organic towns, the toilet renovation of 173,000 households in agriculture-related subdistricts has been initiated, with the completion of 65,000 households so far and a planned total completion by the end of the year.
