Xu Liquan, male, was born in May 1955. An ethnic Han, Xu is a native of Liaocheng City, in Shandong Province. He has a postgraduate degree and a doctor’s degree in engineering. He began to work in June 1972 and joined the CPC in January 1982. He is currently Deputy Sectary of the CPC Weifang Committee and Mayor of Weifang.
