Zhang Zhihai, male, Han nationality, born in April 1972, member of the Communist Party of China, university graduate of the Party School of the CPC Provincial Committee, is currently a member of the Party Leadership Group of the Weifang Municipal People’s Government, the Secretary-general of the Municipal People’s Government, and the Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal People’s Government Offices.

　　Zhang formerly served as: the Section-chief of the Secretary Section-III and Secretary Section-I of the Weifang Municipal People’s Government Office; Deputy Director of the Research Office of Weifang Municipal People’s Government; Deputy Secretary-general of Weifang Municipal People’s Government and member of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal People’s Government Office; Deputy Secretary-general of Weifang Municipal People’s Government and member of the Party Leadership Group of the Municipal People’s Government Offices, Secretary and Director of the Party Group of the Research Office of the Municipal People’s Government.
