　　The previous leadership positions: Staff member of Changdao Aquaculture Company, Deputy Chief of Foreign Trade Section, Vice Mayor of Beichangshan Township, Changdao County, Vice Mayor of Nanchangshan Town, Mayor of Beichangshan Township, Vice Mayor of Changdao County (During this period, she successively served as Deputy Director of Quanzhou Ocean and Fishery Bureau of Fujian Province, and Deputy Director of Environmental Protection Division of Shandong Ocean and Fishery Department); leading cadre at the department-level of the Environmental Protection Division of the Provincial Department of Ocean and Fishery; leading cadre at the department-level of  the Strategic Planning and Economic Office of the Provincial Oceanic Department, Director of the Marine Early Warning and Monitoring Department.
