Gaomi Pan-fried Buns

Gaomi Pan-fried buns is one of the traditional folk delicacy of Gaomi city, Weifang city, Shandong Province. Originated from Qing Dynasty, the Linsan Pan-fried Buns at the South River Bay became well known in 1930s. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Pan-fried buns have been awarded as“Shandong Famous Food”.

Pan-fried buns are made of exquisite stuffing with delicate processing. The major ingredients comprise of fresh pork, Chinese chives or Chinese cabbage, together with minor ingredients such as dried shrimps and fungus. The soft white dough cover full stuffing and the mildly fried buns are crispy, rich and tasty.
