Liu Jianjun visited the Sesame Street 1958 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Park in Zhengzhou and the Dongguan Street Historical and Cultural District in Dalian, gaining detailed insights into project operation and management, investment promotion, supporting facilities, business revitalization, and the integration of culture and tourism. He noted that Weifang has abundant industrial heritage and historical architectural resources, and emphasized the importance of learning from the development experiences of the two cities. He stressed aligning with urban renewal efforts, accurately identifying development goals and positioning, and advancing building protection, adaptive reuse, and commercial operations in an integrated manner to shape a distinctive urban cultural identity. He also highlighted the need to build on Weifang's cultural characteristics, continuously innovate operational models, coordinate design, operations, and investment promotion, actively cultivate new business forms and models, and accelerate the deep integration of culture and tourism.

At the Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Liu Jianjun held in-depth discussions with relevant officials on expanding cooperation in futures products in agricultural products, energy, and chemicals. At the Dalian Commodity Exchange, Liu Jianjun met with Ran Hua, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Board, for exchanges and discussions.
