Liu Yun Attends 2025 Chinese Doctor's Day Celebration at the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University

Over the years, with the medical staff and faculty of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University as representatives, physicians and healthcare workers across the city have upheld the principle of "putting people first and life first". They value medical ethics, strive for excellence in medical skills, maintain professional conduct, and courageously shoulder responsibilities. With benevolence, they have fulfilled their mission, safeguarded health with skilled hands, and put into practice the solemn pledge of "respecting life, saving the dying, being willing to dedicate, and embracing boundless love". With fifty years of deep-rooted development, Shandong Second Medical University has remained rooted in Weifang, integrated into the city, and served its people. Generations of outstanding students have transformed from intern doctors into excellent physicians, and numerous innovative achievements have been translated from experimental platforms into clinical practice, making remarkable contributions to the city's healthcare development.

At the meeting, the documentary "Qilu Model of the Times: Zhang Junqiao" was screened, and the "Heartbeat Action" Volunteer Service Team led by Zhang Junqiao was presented with a flag. Liu Yun presented the Lifetime Achievement Award to Academician Xie Lixin, and other attending leaders presented awards to additional recipients. Retired senior experts and representatives of young doctors delivered speeches. The ceremony also included the launch of the 50th Anniversary Series Publications of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University, the unveiling of the hospital emblem, and the inauguration of the Academician Lecture Hall.
