Weifang Continually to Hold the Honorary Title of "National Civilized City"

On November 14, the Civilization Committee of the Central Government announced the list of the 5th batch of national civilized cities and the list of the re-examined and confirmed previous national civilized cities continue to retain the honorary titles. Weifang City is on the re-examined and confirmed list that it will continue to retain the honorary title of National Civilized City, and meanwhile, Shouguang City is on the list of the 5th batch the fifth National Civilized City.

In February 2015, Weifang City was awarded the title of the 4th batch of national civilized city with the second place among the prefecture-level cities. The continued retention of the honorary title of National Civilized City this time is another vivid manifestation of the city's concerted efforts to build "four cities" and accelerate the construction of a prosperous, civilized, and modern city.
