Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Promotes "Kuiwen’s Experience" of Weifang on Property Management

On November 25, the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the Notice on Summarizing and Promoting Some Innovative Practices in Property Management, which forwarded and promoted the "Kuiwen’s Experience" of property management in our city. Since the beginning of this year, with the goal of “creating harmonious property management, building beautiful residential areas, and enhancing the happiness of the people”, the quality of property services has been continuously upgraded in Weifang with innovation, and the living environment of residents has been continuously improved.

On November 19, the site promotion meeting of the city’s property management innovation and improvement work was held to vigorously promote Kuiwen’s experience, and the “1+3+N” working mechanism and the work pattern of “one core leading and multiple parties participating” were effectively built, to integrate the forces of all parties and create a new model of property management in old communities.

In the next step of work, taking the opportunity of the experience-promotion of provincial government, pioneering and innovating on basis of the previous work, the municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development will adopt effective measures to promote social governance, co-construction and sharing, and continuously improve the comprehensive level of property management.
