Deputy Mayor Tian Minli Investigates the Key Urban Construction Projects

On the morning of May 4, the deputy mayor Tian Minli went to the construction site of some key urban construction projects in the urban area to investigate the construction situation. Ma Bing, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, and the main responsible officials of the municipal Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Weifang, the municipal Urban Management and Law Enforcement Bureau, and the municipal Transportation Bureau accompanied the investigation.

Tian Minli and his entourage inspected successively the project sites such as Beihai Road Crossing Overpass, Gaoer Road Roundabout, Huixian Road, Weixian Access Road, Weixian High-speed Connection Line, V1 Plaza Upgrade and Renovation, South Square of Railway Station, etc., to check the project construction status, communicated with the personnel of the project units and the construction units, and had an on-site coordination to solve the difficulties and problems in the project construction process.

Tian Minli pointed out that since the start of the construction projects in the area, the projects of Pocket Park of Qingnian Road, Qishan Garden, Qingping Road, Passenger Transport Hub Station and Urban Landscape Square have been advancing rapidly, the greening and enclosure enhancement within the core area have achieved remarkable results, and the overall environment of the area and the appearance of the city have been significantly improved.

Tian Minli requested that the command headquarters should seize the current favorable opportunity for project construction, make every effort to speed up the construction progress, and ensure that all projects are pushed forward strongly according to the established time. It is necessary to comprehensively consider the follow-up project construction in the area, make scientific planning and promote the early start and rapid construction of the project.
